We believe you should always have control over your information.

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data associated with the Grown Like A PRO app.

I. How to Delete Your Account (In-App)

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app:

1. Open the Grown Like A PRO app
2. Go to Settings
3. Scroll to Account Actions
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed immediately.

II. What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal access to the app and your personal data. This action cannot be undone.

III. Personal Data That Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove all personal data associated with your user account, including:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Personal preferences and settings
• Personal notes or uploads (if applicable)
• Identifiers linked to your user account

IV. Farm Data & Team Accounts (Important)

Farm data ownership depends on your role within a farm.

Farm Team Members

If you are a member of a farm or team account that you do not own, deleting your personal account will:

• Permanently delete your personal profile and login
• Remove your access to the farm
• Disassociate your account from the farm

Farm-owned operational data, including grow logs, task history, and farm records, will remain with the farm owner and are not deleted when a team member deletes their account.

This data is owned and controlled by the farm account owner.

V. Anonymized Learning Data

To improve growing recommendations and app performance for all users, Grown Like A PRO may retain anonymized and aggregated learning data after account deletion.

This data:

• Cannot identify you
• Is not linked to your account, email, or device
• Does not include personal details, photos, or precise location data

This information is used solely to improve general app functionality and recommendations.

VI. If You No Longer Have the App Installed

• Account deletion begins immediately after confirmation
• Personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days
• Backup copies, if any, are securely purged in accordance with our standard data retention policies
